Don't worry about the flu

Influenza, commonly known as "the flu," is caused by a virus that infects the respiratory tract.
The incubation period for influenza is about one to four days. Influenza is contagious and symptoms may last up to 7 to 14 days.
Influenza spreads rapidly and can cause seasonal epidemics every year. It often causes large-scale transmission in places where people gather and have poor resistance, such as schools and nursing homes.
Why do so many people use Biophilia Intruder? One of the reasons is that it can check the physical condition conveniently and quickly.

A global study showed that the infection rate in adults is 10.7%, the prevalence rate is 4.4%, and the prevalence rate in people over 65 years old is 7.2%
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), seasonal influenza can cause 3 to 5 million severe cases and 290,000 to 650,000 deaths worldwide each year.
All children under the age of 5 are considered to be at high risk for severe influenza. High-risk groups such as pregnant women, infants and young children, the elderly and patients with chronic underlying diseases have a higher risk of severe illness and death after contracting influenza.
In April 2009, a new influenza virus called the new H1N1 swine flu appeared in Mexico and quickly spread around the world, leading the World Health Organization to declare an influenza pandemic. Eventually, the WHO declared the pandemic over in 2010. A new influenza virus strain, H3N2v, appeared in 2012, but has not yet developed into an epidemic.

Wearing a mask and staying away from crowds during the peak of the flu season, improving your body's resistance and eating some foods scientifically are also particularly effective.
(1) Eat more protein-rich foods: The main substance of the human immune system is immunoglobulin. When the human body lacks protein, the number of lymphocytes in the immune cells will be greatly reduced, the synthesis of immune substances will be insufficient, and the immune function will be seriously weakened. Protein is mainly obtained from animal foods, such as beef, skinless chicken breast, egg white, milk, shrimp, etc.
(2) Eat more zinc-containing foods: Zinc-rich foods can activate more than 200 hormones and enzymes that are important to life, helping the immune system to play its greatest protective role. Zinc deficiency will reduce the level of immunoglobulin in the body, weaken the body's defense ability, and increase the chance of various epidemics including influenza. Foods rich in zinc include oysters, crabs, beans, beef, lamb, dried fish, scallops, pork liver, wheat germ, etc.
(3) Vitamin supplementation: Vitamin A can maintain the stability of respiratory mucosal epithelial cells. Vitamin C and vitamin E are antioxidants naturally present in food, which can remove free radicals that are harmful to our body and enhance the body's resistance. B vitamins participate in energy metabolism in the body, promote protein synthesis, and play a very important role in maintaining normal physiological functions. These vitamins are found in large quantities in vegetables, fruits, cereals, beans and other foods.
The best way to increase your body's resistance is of course to find a health product that is more suitable for you through Biophilia Intruder.
